What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Pilates Barre Lovers product as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We will accept a return on Pilates Barre Lovers items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. The original labels need to be included.

Who pays the return costs?

Customers are responsible for the return costs. The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior registration in your account. Please use the following login link to start your return. The costs for the return shipment must be carried by the customer.

For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:

Any duties / costs related to the return have to be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.

Swiss clients can send their returns directly to our warehouse in Switzerland (Pilates Barre Lovers AG, Hof 1, 6345 Neuheim).

How do I return an item?

You can submit a return request in your account. Please use the following login link to start your return.

Your item will be refunded only under the following conditions: items need to be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and in its original packaging to ensure it is resaleable. 

Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Germany (Sattler Logistics Solutions GmbH, c/o Pilates Barre Lovers, Bamberg 3, 38835 Osterwieck, Germany). Swiss clients can send their returns to our warehouse in Switzerland (Pilates Barre Lovers AG, Hof 1, 6345 Neuheim). The cost of the shipping is carried by the customer. Please start first the return process in your account before returning your Pilates Barre Lovers product. No refund will be made without prior return registration in your account.

Refund

How long does a refund take to process?

After receiving and accepting the returned products, PBL will refund the total purchase price (without shippings costs, duties and custom charges) to the client within thirty (30) days.

What can I do if I don’t receive the refund?

Please make sure you check your bank account for the refund before getting in touch with Pilates Barre Lovers.

If your refund has not reached your account, if you’ve done it and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pilatesbarrelovers.com and we will be happy to help you.
