What is the return policy?
WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR PILATES BARRE LOVERS PRODUCT AS MUCH AS WE DO! IF YOU AREN’T ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN ON PILATES BARRE LOVERS ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, AND FREE OF DAMAGES. THE ORIGINAL LABELS NEED TO BE INCLUDED.
Who pays the return costs?
THE ITEMS RETURN AT THE EXPENSE AND RISK OF THE CUSTOMER. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION AND AGREEMENT. THE COSTS FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT MUST BE CARRIED BY THE CUSTOMER.
FOR ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US FROM OUTSIDE THE EU KINDLY NOTE:
ANY DUTIES / COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURN HAVE TO BE BORNE BY YOU AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. PLEASE INFORM YOURSELF ABOUT HOW TO DECLARE THE GOODS IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY EXTRA COSTS BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR RETURN.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN GERMANY. THE COST OF THE SHIPPING IS CARRIED BY THE CUSTOMER.
